Geoff’s research focuses on social innovation and social entrepreneurship in Hong Kong. His major work is on the second evaluation study on Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund). Also, he is involved in various research projects in collaboration with multiple community stakeholders and organizations, including the Central Policy Unit, the Department of Health of the government of HKSAR, Oxfam,, and the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association.

Councilor – Stewards
Ted is the Director of Fullness Christian Social Enterprise Limited, the co-founder of Fullness Social Enterprises Society, and a Councilor of Stewards. He has over 10 years of operating experience in social enterprises. He led Fullness to expand its social business and received the SE Award in 2011. In 2017, Fullness also expanded into media business that aim at youth-at-risk in Hong Kong. He is the Project Director and Principal Trainer in Social Impact Measurement (SIM) of the Jockey Club Fullness Social Impact Measurement Coaching Scheme.
He started his career as a researcher in real estate market in Hong Kong in mid-1990s. In 2000, he conducted the financial feasibility study for the Airport Authority on the development of Asia Expo and Terminal Two retail space of the Hong Kong International Airport.
In the era of 2000s, Ted was focused on valuation for listed companies and various asset types. In 2007, he founded Hong Kong Investment Training Institute, which specializes on investment and financial training. He is a CFA charterholder since 2001 and a columnist in Eduplus Magazine. He received the Decennary Award from Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts (now renamed as CFA Society Hong Kong) in 2011. Ted earned his first degree in Hong Kong and subsequently a master’s degree in National University of Singapore.
